I believe that selling residential real estate is about knowing the inventory, establishing rapport with the client, deal making and building relationships. But, even with a knowledgeable, clever agent there needs to be a trust between client and agent. This is a big time in life, huge amounts of money are involved and long term financial commitments are made. I guide my clients through this process calmly and expertly.

Personally, I make sure I keep up to date with my Realtor status; I am a member of San Diego Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I am proud to be a "Realtor" - not all real estate agents have this professional designation. A "Realtor" must be a member of the National Association of Realtors and must ascribe to their CODE OF ETHICS.  Additionally, I have invested much in further education to obtain the "gold standard" of the real estate education path, the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. I strive to be up to date and to provide the most knowledge for my clients.

I am familar with all of Greater San Diego but work predominately in the metro and surrounding areas.  Central communites of San Diego include; Kensington, Normal Heights, North Park and South Park, Hillcrest, Mission Hills, Tierrasanta, San Carlos/Allied Gardens, and Clairemont. Our local beach communities include; Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, La Jolla and Del Mar... The Eastern communities of Del Cerro, La Mesa, Mt. Helix are very close to downtown San Diego. And the Northern communities of  Rancho Penasquitos, Scripps Ranch, Poway and Rancho Bernardo are within 20 miles of downtown.  As me about communites that might interest you.
